Fixed Bringing back scout rounds

ive heard a lot of people on the 1v1 server saying that they want scour rounds back. I will agree with them if u guys can please bring back scout rounds it would be greatly appreciated.

I think that is a pretty good idea as well, and if you could add the ability to scout on retakes that would be pretty cool just a thought though.

YES coming from the num 2 player on the server scout rounds were fire af. We should really find a way to bring them back. A lot of people would agree
