Complaint repost basically

So basically a staff member might have done some shady shit and I made a comment about it, and Kenny said to complain somewhere else, so ima complain here.

well if this is true then, I know ima sound like a bitch. But seriously wtf, people just get admin and start abusing it when there are actual people (like me) who really want to be staff. it really sucks because I feel like some staff dont put in all their effort or dont care enough to take being admin seriously when there are some people who have applied that do.

The thing is, we have no proof yet of it being true, if it is true then we can take action but until then we won't. We expect our admins to know better as even the private message I send them with their information expresses what should be used. We will deal with the issue when proof is submitted but until then we can't take action.

Void had an admin application for months, (we deleted his first application when we cleaned house) and he had admin vouches, he was an easy candidate for admin and so he got it. If it turns out he is not truly qualified for admin we will take care of it but so far we can't prove he did anything. We can warn him that if he is using those commands and gets caught we have the right to remove his powers but again, all that assumes we get proof which we just don't have at this moment.

In my honest opinion and it is completely ok if you don't agree with me, but I think people should have to be active on forums or discord for a few weeks or even a month to even be considered an admin. Then they should be monitored some how to make sure they are not abusing admin rights and making the retake, 1v1, or FFA servers enjoyable. Also people should not join the forums for the sole purpose of becoming an admin because they know the power and rights admins have, so they want to be an admin to feel how it is to be controlling on a Counter Strike server.

Just wanna add another thing, I've said things about requirements but one thing that I think is a must is after an accepted application there should be a Trial-Staff Phrase in which they still can do admin shit, if they aren't active have lots of reports and have abused their job they will be removed from admin, the trial phrase wouldn't have to be long, normally a week would probably be fine.

We used to do trial admin and we still kind of do, typically we try and pay attention to how admins do in their first few days of being an admin and if we can tell that there are false reports or something like that we do remove it right away.

TBH, on the last part... I feel as though your character has changed since the first time I met you. Like before the whole situation with WTFrank, you seemed chill and cool, but now it's like your character as a whole as veered in a different direction. Not to be negative or anything, but i'm just pointing something out. Honestly WTFrank is a chill person but can get beside himself.

All im trying to say, is that you've changed since you first joined.

Wasn't a insult, more like a accusation which I apologized for after. I had 2 people there in the discord with me

Don't try to pull the victim card on yourself, I was trying to help by pointing something out that might have an effect on your admin app.

I think you're forgetting that fact that you told me to shut up when I talked and said Im irritating when I barely said anything, and you bring up WTfrank which was somthing that happened a long time ago?

Even if I told you to shut up, I apologized for it. You can ask either speechless, Bentley or frantic. they were all in the discord at the time.

(keep in mind that I could hardly hear you, and I asked multiple times if you were ignoring me(which you probably were)).

I don't think I need to repeat myself. Again, don't try to play "victim", I was trying to give you a pointer but next time i'll keep my mouth shut. Was only trying to help.

Alright. Obviously I have to get other people to vouch for the fact that

1) I apologized
2) I wasn't being negative at all
3) I was trying to legitimately have a conversation with you
and
4) I was trying to defend you when the dude came into the server and was practically harassing you.

okay well im not going to keep arguing with you, and sure you apologized doesn't mean its okay for me to be yelled at for talking.

btw this is the reason why I dont use a microphone often, because I get told to shut up or im annoying somthing like that, anyways Im not gonna comment on this anymore I dont want another WTfrank situation to happen, so any more posts about this im just gonna ignore.

I'm sorry but you take stuff to serious "Shut up your cheating" doesn't mean he means you need to shut up its just hey nice your cheating can you like not just get some sense either way he could not hear you and also there is no point of making a big deal and a big argument that is not needed to settle this its just making it worst...
