So I’ve been getting back into cs for about 2 months now, I’m getting better again and I’m noticing the improvements a lot... but does anyone have tips on recoil? In other words: any guns I should practice with specifically in 1v1 and other matches that would improve my overall aim? Any tips will do.
-Thank ya kindly.

I always found that shooting 1 or 2 bullets at a time helped with recoil... then again I don’t do comps lol

Some people find that doing a daily aim regimen can greatly help them. For example, maybe 200 or 300 kills per weapon (ak, m4, usp). Any aim map helps with this but Ive found that aim_botz is the best because you can make the bots move. A lot of people also like to dm for however long. Common times are 20 minutes, 30 minutes

I would recommend always using Ak or M4(A1) in 1v1 to practice. Awping is not easy by any means but you don't need to practice recoil. Also some other tips I could give you, find a good group of people to play with and get better with them. Additionally, you could always find a good size group already *cough cough* DMF members and game with. You are more than welcome to play with me and some of my friends, we all have alt accounts that are lower level so we can play with you regardless of your rank.

I personally had a poin in csgo where i had entirely no skill. So i changed EVERYTHING. Form 16:10 to 4:3, to normal crosshiar to just a dot, dpi, in game sens. Made it a new game for me and its been working ever since.

Also i noticed after a while the brain starts to naturally use the viewmodel for aiming so i change my viewmodle every opnce in a while to reset that.

Practice,practice, practice.

Hope this helps.

Definitely a lot to go off here! Lol but thanks guys! I’ll be sure to work with the AK more too, that’s the worst of my problems right now xD and I look forward to playing some matches with everyone soon ??

Recoil: For the AK-47 you want to fire in short bursts of 5 for long distance shots.
For the M4A4 You can do the same but at a quicker rate as the recoil of the M4 is much more controllable.
If you're using the A1-S dont even think about recoil.
