5v5 Community COMP servers?

These have always been a big hit since I've been around the CS community. I think these servers would bring a new player base expanding the community. It could also maybe lead to another leaderboard system that would not be mixed with retakes. I don't think they are super hard to set up just like basic cs go comp, but I do think the AUTOHOP VIP feature should not be included in these servers. It's like COMP In cs with no penalties for leaving you can join whenever you want, and you can also buy whatever you want it's not like set-in-stone loadout like retakes. I would love to see this implemented in this community and I think the big point is that it would bring a lot of new players to the community and be a good expansion.
