Adding a change log

I think adding a changelog category would be great for the forums. That way, we know what updates and things are added to all the servers. Not asking for super in depth version numbers or fancy stuff, just new features, bug fixes, tweaks, new items added to the shop etc.

ie.
1v1 Server Update!
-Invisible guns bug fixed (explain)
-Added new chat color (explain)

Basically something similar to the Counter Strike updates page!

The invisible gun issue is cs-go wide.. It can even happen in a competitive match.. If i understand everyone correctly the gun disappearing issues stem back to an old bug in the server released side code.. Unsure completely why it is happening but it has some thing to do with packets not being sent back to the client in correct order..

At the bottom of this bug fix release it discusses what to do if you get this problem.
