Fixed Map Chooser not Changing Maps

I'm not exactly sure which servers do it, but on some of the retake servers the map chooser doesn't change the map at the end, which leaves players needing to !rtv to get it to change. !nextmap and !rtv work fine however, which leads me to believe that the proper convars aren't set. Make sure the following is set somewheres either in server.cfg or retakes.cfg

mp_match_end_changelevel 1
mp_match_end_restart 0

In my experience this bug has only appeared on de_cache. No matter what map is voted, it never automatically changes so the players must rtv.

I've experienced it on all maps, but not often, which leads me to believe its only on certain servers

Well I just made a thread about that so u see it is on european servers as well , and it is not only on cache happens on train , inferno , cache , overpass and Im ont sure but I think more maps

I've applied this to all retake servers.

I don't know how I missed/forgot about this!
