Fixed Sever keeps crashing & other issue.

about 3 times now today the server has crashed and killed the population, this has been happening on the NY server.

also when there are only 2-3 people on the server and a team has one person on a team whenever they die the map resets.

It's on all of the servers. The latest update killed all of the servers.

It's being worked on.

All fixed up. Sourcemod pushed the updated files to fix this.
