Now I want to address this issue before Untitled releases the SJ servers. I think that the pistol rounds format is a little bit unbalanced and could use a bit of tweaking. So below here are my suggestions:
P250 (T side): 0% chance of getting armor; 33% chance of getting 2 flashes; 33% chance of getting a smoke and a flash; 33% chance of getting a HE and a flash.

Tec-9: 0% chance of getting armor; 33% chance of getting a flash; 33% chance of getting a HE; 33% chance of getting a smoke.

CZ-75 (T side): 0% chance of getting armor; 33% chance of getting a flash; 33% chance of getting a HE; 33% chance of getting a smoke.

Dualies (T side): 0% chance of getting armor; 25% chance of getting a molly; 25% chance of getting a HE; 25% chance of getting a smoke; 25% chance of getting 2 flashes.

Glock: 1/4 of the players have a 100% chance of getting a set of utility that is worth $800. The rest of the 3 players get body armor.

Deagle (T side): 0% chance of getting armor

USP/P2000: If there's no one on the team with a pistol worth $500 and above, a random player using the USP/P2000 will get a defuse kit with have a 33% chance of getting a smoke, 33% chance of getting 2 flashes, and a 33% chance of getting an HE. The rest of the players using USP/P2000 will have armor.

Dualies (CT side): If no one on the team has a defuse kit, they'll be given one. If there is a player using the P250 on the team alongside another player with the dualies, there's a 100% chance that ONE of them will get a defuse kit. If the player with the dualies doesn't get a defuse kit, there will be a 33% chance of getting a smoke, a 33% chance of getting 2 flashes, and a 33% chance of getting an HE. 0% chance of getting armor.

If there is a player using the dualies on the team alongside another player with the P250, there's a 100% chance that ONE of them will get a defuse kit. If the player with the P250 doesn't get a defuse kit, there will be a 33% chance of getting smoke, a 33% chance of getting a flash, and a 33% chance of getting an HE. 0% chance of getting armor.

Five-Seven: 33% chance of getting a smoke; 33% chance of getting an HE; 33% chance of getting a flash. 0% chance of getting armor.

CZ-75 (CT side); 33% chance of getting a smoke; 33% chance of getting an HE; 33% chance of getting a flash. 0% chance of getting armor.

Deagle (CT side): 0% chance of getting armor



Revisions:
-If 3/4 players on the T-side have a Glock and the last remaining player has a pistol that requires you to buy it, there will be a 50% chance that the player will have armor. If they don't, they will get a set of utility listed above for the T pistols EXCLUDING THE DEAGLE.

If you have anything you wanna add on/ exclude from the list, feel free to comment down your suggestions.

Edit: Also comment down about anything you don't understand from the list because the way I formatted it can be a little confusing.

since the tec-9 is unparalleled when rushing/peeking, it could be interesting to make it so you cant get flashes with it, but it increases your team's chance of getting flashes. this would make it so good players cant just pop flash and stomp every round. it would make it so you needed to coordinate with teammates to ask for flashes, or offer them a flash
