Adding negev to the 1v1 server

alot of people were thinking of this in the server about adding negev 1v1 with 500 health. I played on a different 1v1 server before and it was fun. Thought this would be a good thing to add on the 1v1 server

Well i played on 1v1 servers that had that almost 5 months ago. I played on those servers before i found dmf but i will check for a server that has this.
