Fixed Country Tags

I forgot which serves use them, but on the servers that us country tags next to players names, chat tags and groups can't be shown. The country tag always displays over any chat tags equipped. For example, if I have the DMFrenzy Admin tag equipped, it displays fine on servers not using the country tags:

[DMFrenzy Admin] HitmanG

But on servers with the country tag, it never changes, so I will only ever display my country

[US] HitmanG

What servers?

Do you know of the IP #?

Retakes shouldn’t use country tags.

Sometimes there are country tags on the retake servers. Im not sure which because some rounds it has them and some it does not. Have not seen it in a while but I do remember them glitching out on the retakes.

I've removed the country tag from about 4 retake servers.

I may have to remove it from the DM's too!

I like the 1v1 servers because it has custom tags in chat but shows the country tags on the scoreboard.
