Fixed NY 3 1v1 server map issue (playground)

The map playground on the 1v1 NY3 server makes everyone lag on the server. I tried to change the map but it didnt have the option. Plz fix

Last night @ 825pm EST, it was removed from our map rotation!

If you guys ever come across another 1v1 server that is 32+ slots and it's using a map we don't have, please let me know the map name!! I want to add new maps!
