Fixed Tags on retakes

I went on retakes the other day and I could put on my group tag but it was not displayed on the scoreboard even with no tag from the shop equipped. not sure if this was done on purpose idk I think we should still be able to use group tags on retakes, considering retakes is like all that most of this community does in csgo anymore lol
