Idea Added !srp

Added Rock Paper Scissors to the server! Type !srp to use it.

I might attempt to change the command to !rps since I’m use to saying it as Rock Paper Scissors haha..

You can gamble your credits and play against someone. Kind of like coin flip, but Rock Paper Scissors instead.
