Allow access to the 10 man demos

We have no access to the 10 man demos so we have no way of gaining evidence after matches if someone is cheating or if we want to go back and clip a good play that we made.

We can't and won't give everyone who ever played a 10 man an FTP account to the private 10 man server we have/had. I was writing a system that would have allowed players to view the match data and request the demo download. Then people wanted FaceIt instead, you can download them on FaceIt. As for past demos whenever someone asked for one to be reviewed or wanted something from a demo we have sent them or reviewed them ourselves in the case of cheaters. So it's not like we don't give them to people when they ask, we just hadn't had the time to implement the system to a) upload the demo to a public location and b) write the match stats page to know which demo was which when people did download them.
