Ok, so as most of you know im 17 and I play video games and just a normal kid in HS. Butttt im addicted to nicotine, I have a juul and I reallllly wanna stop but idk what to do and how to stop it. Give me some suggestions and lmk if any of you are going thru the same thing :^]

Pretty much going through the same thing. Limit yourself to once a day, then down to once every two days, and wean off of it. Or just straight up give it to a friend to hold it so you aren’t tempted anymore.

ty, going to give it to a friend rn. Also told my mom to remove my privileges to buy stuff at gas stations, idk if that will work but hopefully :^]

Started vaping after I was smoking for a while about 3 years back. Still vaping now but the best advice I could give you is to just go down a little day by day. If you stop all at once (not saying you couldnt) but it's really hard. Hope you can manage to get off of them good luck man.
