I feel like this is a trick question.. Hmm..

I'm going to guess the primary 4 monitors are mainly used and maybe a laptop on standby for other tasks.. The rest show?

I honestly have no clue. I can only imagine the needs of someone who programs for a living. Haha

I would say 4 main are not 4 show, + 1 laptop I use regularly and the 5th monitor is hooked up to either that laptop and used or if I have computers that need to be fixed I use that as the monitor for them.
