Fixed Retake Server [][][1][][] Minor Issues

Hi.
I Noticed that while playing on retake server [][][1][][] Players are unable to use !ws, and !shop. Meaning we cannot use custom skins or buy items from the shop like on the other retake servers.
It's a minor issue that people hope gets resolved, even though I don't play much on retake [][][1][][], there's still people who do, and would enjoy using the custom skins, and the shop.

I’ll be looking into this once home from work! Thanks for the report, I know with the recent csgo update it messed up a few things!
