Server tags

Hey guys,

I've added a server tag to the end of every server. The US/Canada servers are numbered. I've gone with letters for the Europe servers.

Yes, it worked well for those servers. I'm not sure why I was using different tags for the us/canada. It looks better now. All of the servers are now listed under "OUR CSGO SERVERS" block. Next, I want to update the "Our Servers" page with all of the gametracker banners for each server.

Sounds good I once had a problem with searching our servrs on gametracker so that's good
