Shoutbox - Which do YOU prefer?

Which position do you guys prefer?

1. A normal shoutbox on the forum - as per the screenshot below.
2. A newer style, which is a notification bar on the bottom of the screen - as per the screenshot below.

Well, I enjoyed having the option. When you first opened the website after changing the theme we were able to choose to have it normal or on the bottom.
