Fixed Tracers Issue/Map change issue

31.186.250.97:27015 On this server it is the european retake sometimes tracers are not working . It bugs out and sometimes it is not working , I have been checking it it is equipped , sometimes it is all fine and next moment it bugs out and dissapears , I do not know why but it does happen

Second thing probably u know sometimes after round ends to 22 map continues and u must rtv to change it , u probably know it but just in case I will say it

EDIT: when u type timeleft it says this is last round evey single round

Tracer issue I haven't seen yet tbh.. I'll look into this next!
